It's built with a soft foam elbow with an additional molded plastic insert to give players just enough protection where you need it most.
The rest of the pad is made of dense foam which provides an excellent fit and feel right out of the box. To manage moisture, Sherwood used microfiber and nylon materials that wick away sweat to keep you cool and dry.
