Hockey Stick Size Guide

Stand with your skates on and hold your stick in front of you. Your stick should be anywhere from 1 to 2 inches below or above your chin.

Junior (7-13) 4'4" - 5'1" 50" - 54"
Intermediate (11-14) 4'11" - 5'4" 55" - 58"
Intermediate (12-14) 5'2" - 5'8" 55" - 58"
Senior (14+) 5'5" - 5'10" 57" - 61"
Senior (14+) 5'7" - 6'1" 58 - 62"
Senior (14+) 5'10" - 6'4" 60" - 63"
Senior (14+) 6'1" + 60" - 63"


Stick Flex is typically half your body weight, but can also just be personal preference
