Hockey Stick Size Guide

Stand with your skates on and hold your stick in front of you. Your stick should be anywhere from 1 to 2 inches below or above your chin.

Senior (14+) 5'5" - 5'10" 57" - 61"

Stick Flex is typically half your body weight, but can also just be personal preference
